With modern software programs now available, the process is not difficult. Anyone with a computer, an internet connection, and a reasonable command of the English language can do it.

The second objection is no longer an issue. It is now a very competitive market out there for hosting companies, and like the cost of technology hardware, hosting fees with most companies have not increased to any great extent in recent years.
